If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at connect@prakashsharma.com or call us (Monday to Friday,11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) .
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the specific circumstances. The decision for a partial refund will be made at our discretion.
You need to return the promotional items, gift or free product along with the return of product for refund.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching or counselling session, please notify us at least 2 business days in advance. Failure to do so may result in a forfeit of that session or class without eligibility for a refund. All the workshop or class or program have cancellation or refund policy associated with that service and will adhere to those guidelines.
